You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused.
It may be opened for inspection, but it must show no signs of use.
Returning the item in its original packaging is strongly preferred but not required.
Personalized or custom-engraved boards (unless defective).
Clearance items (final sale).
For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is damaged or defective, we will cover return shipping or provide an alternative solution.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Proof (in the form of photos) is required to help us resolve issues faster.
We will replace the item or provide a full refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.
