We work hard to deliver your premium cutting board quickly and safely. The details below outline how we process, ship, and deliver orders.


Order Processing

  • Orders typically ship within 2-8 weeks.

    • Our most recent sample order shipped on the shorter end of that scale - we quote the wider window to help avoid surprises.

  • Production timelines can vary by batch.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and carrier options.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • If you are outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, please contact us; we’re working on adding international shipping soon.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are unable to replace or refund missing packages.
For lost or delayed shipments, please contact the carrier directly. We’re happy to assist where possible.


Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
